Schedule Pick Up Dates and Important Information

2019-2020 Title I Meeting and Schedule Pick Up

Dates:
8th Grade ~ August 6
7th Grade ~ August 8
6th Grade ~ August 12
5th Grade ~ August 13

Times:
Title I Meeting @ 5:00 - 5:30 PM in HJHS Cafeteria
Schedule Pick Up @ 5:30 - 7:00 PM (come-and-go) in HJHS gym

New requirement for the 2019-20 school year: A current utility bill or rental agreement that shows physical residence address of parent/guardian of the student must be submitted to the HJHS office. Please bring your proof of residency to your Schedule Pick Up Night (You may bring a copy of this documentation to the HJHS office prior to your Schedule Pick Up Night)

Reminder to all 7th Grade Students:

Don't forget to get your required immunizations before Schedule Pick Up. You will need to bring a copy of the Shot Record with you to show proof. More information was mailed home during the summer. Don't wait until the last minute to get your shots!
